Neighborhood
This location has been a absolute dream for me. Groceries (Maxi) are a pleasant five minute walk, emphasis on pleasant. The only road crossing needed is Newman blvd and there is a crosswalk right where it's needed. Walk a additional five minutes and you are at Walmart. I have never once needed a car to complete my grocery shopping, it's all so easy by foot.
Most mornings I start my day by walking to a cafe. There are several within Mall Angrinon, the surrounding neighborhoods, and Monk blvd. They are all 5 - 15 minutes walk which I do every morning.
Within the condo grounds is a park with a fun water feature which shoots up water from the ground at varying locations. You will often see giggly children playing here.
Other benefits I have enjoyed is the bixi bike station and parc Angrinon, both within 5 - 10 minutes walking.
The demographics and general vibe of this area is well to do. I have had many pleasant chats with my neighbors and often they are engineers, business owners, other varying successful types who are family oriented.
